Data deletion requests
To ask Quad Cities Food Trucks to delete information associated with a Facebook Page connection, food truck owner account, or listing request, email info@quadcitiesfoodtrucks.com.
What to include
Please include only enough information for us to find the right record:
- the food truck or Facebook Page name;
- the email address you used with Quad Cities Food Trucks; and
- a short description of what you want deleted.
Please do not email passwords, temporary sign-in codes, Facebook access tokens, or other account secrets.
Facebook access
You can also revoke Quad Cities Food Trucks' access from your Facebook or Meta settings. Revoking access stops QC Food Trucks from retrieving new information through that connection. It does not, by itself, ask QC Food Trucks to delete information already associated with the connection, so send an email if you want a deletion request reviewed.
What happens next
We will review what QC Food Trucks holds for the identified Page, account, or listing request and handle the deletion request based on the data involved. This may include removing an account, connection, authorization credential, or listing-request data. Limited historical schedule or audit records may be retained when needed to preserve schedule integrity, security, or the record of actions already taken on the service.
